ACADEMIC PROCRASTINATION AND PERFORMANCE IN DISTANCE EDUCATION: A CAUSAL-COMPARATIVE STUDY IN AN ONLINE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

Research indicates that academic procrastination is a common attitude among learners, and it generally has negative correlation with performance. The present quantitative causal-comparative study aims to determine the cause of differences, in terms tendency, performance online learners. further investigates whether tendency significantly predicts sample included total 333 distance from whom data were obtained through an survey. Results showed there was no statistically significant difference between male female learners procrastination.
